10 months with Maude 2023

Description:This 10-month long workshop series is a direct response to frequent requests for Maude to provide more integration between theory, different thought leaders, and various modalities in a cost-effective way. Our first round in 2022 was productive and requested by all to continue with this project. Join us for a journey through different areas of development, rich in information with great application to case studies. Attendees can volunteer to present their own cases as part of these workshops. The journey has a two-fold process. Each month we will release a recorded webinar series at no charge to attendees which they can watch in their own time. The second part is that an online meeting will occur each month for 3 hours upon each date to discuss questions live with Maude as well as make case presentations based on these topics and more. Times each month will vary to accommodate our growing global community and the sessions will be recorded and sent to each participant in the program. Each recorded series will be available for 3 months. Maude will ensure these discussions are rich and thought provoking for everyone. This is an opportunity not to be missed!  Let us continue the clinical thinking growth and expansion of your clinical expertise in 2023. Maude is also looking forward to learning from everyone else and moderating stimulating discussion.

If you have completed some of the course work with Maude in the past 2 years, Maude will release a commensurate different workshop for individual situations.

What People Are Saying:

Thank you for this very informative course! I have gained so much from this course and will go back, rethink and adjust what I am doing. Thank you, Maude, for sharing your immense knowledge and experiences. At times I felt overwhelmed, there was a lot of information and all so very interesting - I wanted to take it all in. 😊 I am inspired and excited again to see what a difference I can make as an OT to the children and their families. I can’t wait to attend your next course! THANK YOU!!

Edda Thomson - Australia

With the huge variety of workshops, I have attended and taught through my professional life (33 years), I found listening to Maude really special, informative, and enjoyable.

Dr Suad Eid Alanzi – Kuwait MOH

A steep learning curve for me coming from a mental health background, but Maude’s explanations were very well organized and detailed which made the course very accessible. All the sensory courses were an eye-opener. I learnt a lot on how to be mindful to keep sensory issues in mind when working with trauma affected clients. The courses will help me have a better understanding of my client, a more holistic approach.

Celine Esposito – UK

Maude’s love and passion for developing children's potential is so apparent in the effort she puts into the courses which are built on the solid foundation of research and experience.

Monique Davies (South Africa)

I appreciate the way Maude presents her courses, in a concise and precise way, combining research and evidence-based approaches. I feel supported and always finish the classes with a lot of new ideas and food for thought.

Alina Burrah (Israel)

Exceptional presenter who is very knowledgeable in her area of expertise, and knows how to present concepts, ideas, skills, and observations in an understandable and clear manner. She always “checks in” to make sure attendees understand material presented, and optimally integrates use of power point slides with videos to further understanding. You can feel and hear her passion for her profession , the young child, and teaching and sharing knowledge with others.

Adrienne Westheim (USA)

Very interesting and practical courses and talented passionate instructor. I gained not only an increase in knowledge of theories, but a lot of practical techniques and strategies that I can use in daily work. It is a good choice to improve professional competence to learn from Maude.

Jingyi Liu – Beijing China

I was struck again and again during your presentation by your empathy for each child; by your understanding that no child or grown-up chooses his/her weakness. I appreciated your personal example, and of course have many of my own. Rarely do I hear an approach that sees the world from the child’s vantage point, with empathy drawn from an in depth understanding of how the child is struggling to put the world together. You bridged together the multiplicity of systems that must develop and must eventually work together. My head was spinning. There were so many pieces to the puzzle! It is heartwarming that you and your colleagues are putting the pieces together for the child and family, and supporting all the various domains.
