Brain Injury and Concussion Syndrome – Recording

Description

This 6-session recorded course will cover the nuts and bolts of brain injury from theory, current research to possibilities for assessment as well as intervention ideas. It is theory, but it is also practical in application and relates to occupational function. We will discuss top down accommodation strategies for executive functioning, as well as bottom up interventions that really work. This is a devastating diagnosis in any person’s life and we will share multiple cases that we have worked with over the past 20 years that will inspire and provide new energy for clients who continue to struggle towards independence and/or partial independence. The track course on Dyspraxia (recorded) will be a good compliment to this live course.

Maude, you have a beautiful way of presenting. Your experience and practical advice of creating an individual intervention process was very clear, helpful and encouraging. Even the tone of your voice has a calming, engaging way that makes the online interaction feel up close and personal, even when we are from so far away.
