Reflex and Sensory Integration Part 1 and 2 (SPE Series 2026)

Date: Thursday, March 5 and Friday March 6, 2026, 9am to 4pm GMT+2 (Johannesburg, South Africa time zone) through virtual platform

Description:

The pediatric therapist is faced today with a multitude of thoughts, beliefs, theories and models from which they can assess, organize, and plan their intervention. As we are living in the age of neuroplasticity science, the ability to create and impact lasting functional change is within our grasp. This workshop series will contain some theory, though mostly focus on the practical application of integrating sensory integration, primitive movement patterns and development. Clinicians will have an assessment protocol that they can apply instantly and see recordings of practical interventions that support both frames of references in the context of play and development. It will be a packed workshop series and even if one has attended prior courses before, there are many new points of critical thinking for everyone! This workshop does not replace nor require certifications in either sensory integration or reflex integration. Simply attend with an open mind to add new and novel thoughts and ideas into the practice of pediatric intervention.

Recordings will be posted for 60 days after the live sessions in support of ongoing learning. PPT handouts accompany each session. If your time zone does not allow you to attend live, register anyway and watch the recordings on demand for 60 days. CPD accreditation in South Africa has been applied for. Attendees from other countries will receive a certificate of attendance
